About Large Format Printing
- One person per reservation timeslot.
- Prints are free but limited to two 24" x 36" poster per month (every 30 days).
- Reservations are for printing time only. Come with your file already prepared as a PDF. If you need assistance preparing your file for printing, please come in prior to your reservation.

- Make a reservation ahead of time. We will not accommodate walk-ins when reservations are full.
- If reservations are full, check Staples or Fed-Ex store for same-day printing.
- Use University Print & Mail for mass production of promotional posters (e.g. dance clubs).
