Zine-making in the Makerspace!

De-stress at an interactive and relaxing zine-making workshop in the Makerspace on the first day of reading period! We will learn what zines are from Molly Dotson, our Graphic Arts Librarian, and then we will get down to designing and collaging with Ariel Ackerly, Makerspace Specialist. We will experiment with difference techniques, including using typewriters, and we will make copies of your zine to share and bring home! We have all the materials -- but feel free to bring any old magazines you'd like to include.

After the workshop, we'll walk up to the Bent Spoon for hot chocolate on us!

Good luck during the final week of class! We can't wait to see you.
