Friends of Princeton University Library: Tour of ReCAP
Join the Friends of the Princeton University Library for a behind-the-scenes look at ReCAP.
What is ReCAP? ReCAP (Research Collections and Preservation Consortium) is an off-campus storage facility with more than 18 million books shared with Harvard, Columbia, Yale, and the New York Public Library. The ReCAP team will provide a tour of the facility and share how the collections are stored and processed. Books ship out daily to and from Princeton and the other institutions -- and the Friends will get an exclusive inside look.
The group will meet at 10:45am at the ReCAP facility.
Current Friends of PUL are invited to attend and registration is required.

It was announced in July that Yale University was joining ReCAP, making 2.7 million unique titles available to the consortium.
