Firestone Group Study Room Policies
- Persons booking the room must have an active NetID.
- Rooms may be reserved up to two weeks in advance.
- Rooms may be booked for a maximum of four hours a day and 20 hour per week.
- Back-to-back reservations are not permitted but groups may stay beyond their reserved time if there is no subsequent reservation and there is no other group waiting for a room to open.
- Rooms should not be regularly reserved for ongoing purposes such as office hours, class sessions, or group meetings.
- Personal items and library books may not be left in rooms for an extended period of time to hold the room.
- Food and drink policies for the library also apply to the rooms.
- Please erase the walls before you leave and dispose of any trash.
