Introduction to GitHub: Enabling Digital Project Collaboration and Sustainable Websites
Event box
GitHub has increasingly become a tool for non-programmers to collaborate on digital projects and build websites. But this common platform, while having a low barrier to entry, is often intimidating to new users. This hands-on workshop will explore the basics of GitHub and its underlying software, Git, so that attendees can confidently build Git-Hub based websites (see our upcoming Collection Builder workshop) and collaborate with others on GitHub-based digital projects. All are welcome to attend, whether you are a beginner or looking for a refresher course.
